Shipping policy

All shipments are sent via USPS priority.  All candles are custom poured, please allow 24 hours for your candle to be poured & set prior to shipping.

Damaged Candles During Transit

Due to the fragile nature of our candles, sometimes they do break in transit.  Please reach out to us right away at info@lorrainescandles.com and let us know the damage occurred.  We will send a replacement right away!
